I hereby consent to the use of any photograph or video of my child/dependent/self, and/or any copies of any photograph or video in any editorial and/or promotional material produced and/or published by Regeneration Now. I understand that agreeing to this release does not guarantee publication of any photos.

I acknowledge that my participation as a volunteer in garden activities has inherent risks, hazards and dangers that include risks from the garden activities themselves, risks connected with my physical condition and exertion, risks from the improper usage of gardening equipment, and from the actions of other volunteers.

I hereby waive and release, indemnify and hold harmless ReGeneration Now, its officers, employees, agents and volunteers from and against all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, expenses and negligence of any kind arising directly or indirectly out of any damage, loss, injury, paralysis or death in connection with my participation in garden activities and/or use of equipment, and waive all claims for damages or losses which may arise from such activities.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ, UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY SIGN THIS WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND RELEASE AGREEMENT.
